The scholarship will be awarded to a current or former member of the Vancouver Skyview High School Key Club.
This scholarship will be awarded on the basis of active participation in school/community service, citizenship, achievement, leadership and need.
The funds will be available beginning July 1, 2012 and will be mailed directly to the post-secondary institution designated by recipient, with a designation that the money is to pay for tuition and/or fees.
