PHYLLIS DENISON Scholarship: One $1,000 scholarship will be awarded by the Medical Lake Care & Share. The scholarship is designed for students with family incomes less than $70,000. Demonstrated involvement in community service or activities is required and the student must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5. This scholarship may be used for a trade/vocational school or any college. Transcript and two (2) letters of recommendation required.
