Meltzer Family Health Professions Scholarship

Description:
Three $500 scholarships will be awarded to students pursuing a degree in the health professions either at the vocational, associate or bachelor’s level. A statement of not more than 300 words summarizing the applicant’s goals and objectives for their intended profession, school and out-of-school activities and accomplishments is required. Criteria for selection: minimum G.P.A. of 2.5; participation in school co-curricular activities; good school attendance record; good school/community citizen; plan to major in medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy or other allied health profession. Two letters of recommendation are required.
