BLUE WATERS BLUEGRASS ASSOCIATION Scholarship: One or two $500 scholarships will be awarded based on available funding each year. Students must have a minimum G.P.A. of 2.5; plan on attending a two or four-year college or university, majoring in the arts or music. Two letters of recommendation required.
