LIOS Graduate College is internationally recognized for its success in developing leaders who become effective change agents locally and globally. We know there are those in a wide variety of ethnic and underrepresented groups who are dedicated to building and nurturing their communities yet don’t have the financial means to further their educational goals. LIOS is dedicated to offering an affordable education in leadership for these current and aspiring leaders . . . and to supporting them in their journey from being good leaders to becoming great ones. To make a graduate education more accessible for those from diverse color and ethnic backgrounds, LIOS Graduate College is introducing the Scholarship for Multicultural Leaders. Specifically, this scholarship assists qualified students with financing for the LIOS Graduate College master’s programs in Leadership in Organization Development, and Systems Counseling. Up to 10 scholarships will be awarded per year and are renewable at the beginning of the second year of study to students who remain in good standing. We believe the health of diverse communities demands leaders capable of adapting to a broad range of approaches and styles. We are excited about this opportunity to help emerging leaders from multicultural environments develop a signature presence and style appropriate to the needs of their unique cultures.
