The organization's mission is to exchange information, advance knowledge and education, and foster sound principles, procedures and practices in the field of employee benefits plans. Applicants for the Employee Benefits Planning Association (EBPA) Scholarship must:
Be a dependent child of an EBPA member in good standing Have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.5. Be a Washington State resident, planning to attend an accredited institution for higher learning. Be prepared to use the award in the next academic year.
