Norm and Kathy White Scholarship

Description:
This fund was established by Kathy and Norm White. The Whites were long time residents of Quincy and wished to provide this scholarship to support youth in their community. Two scholarships in the amount of $1,000 each are available. Grants are made with the understanding that the applicant will enroll in, and complete, a minimum of 12 credit hours each term. The applicant agrees that a proportional part of the grant will be refunded to Columbia Basin Foundation if the student does not complete full-time coursework during any term.
