Emily L Hart -Fine Arts Scholarship

This scholarship is in memory of Emily L. Hart, her unfailing spirit and exceptional accomplishments. Emily touched many lives in the area and throughout the state as she weathered the effects of cystic fibrosis. She leaves a legacy of her passion for life that was evident in everything she was involved in. Grants are made with the understanding that the applicant will enroll in, and complete, a minimum of 12 credit hours each term. The applicant agrees that a proportional part of the grant will be refunded to Columbia Basin Foundation if the student does not complete full-time coursework during any term.
